South Indian film actress who worked majorly in Telugu and tamil movies. She Completes 11 years in her film Career. Started off with Glamour roles, now she doing Female oriented films. Samantha made her debut with the 2010 film Ye Maya Chesave. Directed by Gautham Menon, this movie featured Naga Chaitanya as the lead hero. The super success of this film gave Samantha instant stardom. She then went on to act in various blockbuster films like Dookudu, Brundavanam, Atharintiki Daredi, Eega, Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Manam, S/o Satyamurthy, A.Aa, Janatha Garage, Rangasthalam and Mahanati. In Tamil, she acted in various successful films like Kaththi, Theri, 24, Mersal and Super Deluxe. Samantha’s female-oriented film Oh Baby became a huge blockbuster at the box office and proved Samantha can pull-off big hits without the presence of a star hero. She was last seen in the 2020 film Jaanu.
