Radhika Apte had to face a harrowing experience at the Mumbai airport, where she and her co-passengers for an Indigo flight were locked at the aerobridge for several hours.
She revealed that not only were the staff clueless but all the passengers, including the elderly and the babies, were also deprived of food and a washroom.
