Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and his wife, Natasha Dalal, have recently purchased a luxurious apartment in Mumbai's upscale Juhu locality for ₹44.52 crore.
The property spans 5,512 square feet and is situated on the seventh floor of an under-construction tower named Twenty.
The couple paid a stamp duty of ₹2.67 crore for the registration, which took place on December 3, 2024.
This acquisition is among the most expensive real estate transactions in the Juhu area, with a rate of approximately ₹87,000 per square foot.
The apartment also includes four car parking spaces.
Juhu is a favored residential area for many Bollywood celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, and Ajay Devgn.
On the professional front, Varun Dhawan has several upcoming projects lined up for 2025, including "Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari" with Janhvi Kapoor, "Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai" with Pooja Hegde, "Border 2" with Sunny Deol and Diljit Dosanjh, and "Bhediya 2."
