Suriya shines in the role of Kanguva, a fierce tribal warrior, and also plays Francis, a bounty hunter in a contemporary setting. This dual-role format explores connections across time, with the warrior Kanguva defending his village against Roman invaders, a plot that visually leans on impressive landscapes and battle sequences​
