Radhika Apte locked for hours in Airport

Radhika Apte had to face a harrowing experience at the Mumbai airport, where she and her co-passengers for an Indigo flight were locked at the aerobridge for several hours. 

She revealed that not only were the staff clueless but all the passengers, including the elderly and the babies, were also deprived of food and a washroom.

Bollywood actress Radhika Apte (“Andhadhun”) and Keerthy Suresh (“Maamannan”) will lead leading Indian studio Yash Raj Films' streaming production arm Yrf Entertainment's new series “Akka,” Variety has learned. The period thriller will be directed by Dharmaraj Shetty.

YRF Entertainment is backing an edgy revenge thriller series titled "Akka," featuring South Indian sensation Keerthy Suresh and acting powerhouse Radhika Apte in lead roles.

The tentpole project, described as a deliciously devilish period thriller, began filming this week after six months of extensive preparation. Debutant writer and director Dharmaraj Shetty, discovered by Aditya Chopra, is at the helm of the project. 

Aditya Chopra's instant green light for the series underscores the vision and ambition to make "Akka" one of YRF Entertainment's major tentpole productions. The project's details are intentionally shrouded in secrecy to generate intrigue.

But no pictures, even though half of our friends were photographers, none of them too clicked any pictures. We were all so drunk. So I don't have any pictures of my wedding. Which is nice in a different way."
