Nushrratt Bharuccha has been roped in as the female lead For Bellamkonda

 Bellamkonda Sreenivas is making his Bollywood debut with the Hindi remake of the 2005 film Chatrapathi. VV Vinayak is directing the project. This project also marks Vinayak’s entry in B-Town. Finally, we got to know about the leading lady of this movie.


Apparently, Nushrratt Bharuccha has been roped in as the female lead of this film. It was also heard that the Dream Girl actress shot for a couple of days but the makers kept the news under wraps all this while.

According to the reports, Vinayak decided to cast Nushrratt after watching her performances in Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. It seems that Vinayak thought both Bellamkonda and Nushrratt can share good on-screen chemistry.

We hear that Nushrratt was also excited when this offer came to her as she didn’t act in any commercial pot-boiler yet. Thus, she gave her nod right away. The actress made her debut in Tollywood in the 2010 film Taj Mahal.

The shoot of this untitled project started in July this year. The makers erected a huge set in Hyderabad and are shooting a major part of the film there. Pen Movies is bankrolling the project.

The original version was directed by SS Rajamouli. It featured Prabhas and Shriya Saran in the lead roles.

Director Trivikram is Fortune Four

 Director Trivikram is emerging as a production partner. Already the directors like Sukumar and Kotatala have started their own banners.


Maruthi has his own banner. Many other directors are also taking part in production unofficially. Now Trivikram also joins the list.

He is going to make films in association with Sitara Entertainments not only as presenter but also as producer. But his name will not be flashed as a producer.

His wife's name will be placed instead. The first film is going to be with Naveen Polishetty.

Naveen Polishetty who scored a big hit with Jathi Ratnalu has signed a film with Sitara banner. So Trivikram's Fortune Four banner also will join the production.

Trivikram has a movie theatre in the outskirts of Rajahmundry with the name Fortune Four. So he started a banner with the same name.

Deepika and Ranveer Singh bought 22 Crore Bungalow in Alibag

 Actor Ranveer Singh and his wife, actress Deepika Padukone have bought a ₹22 crore bungalow in Alibag, reported Moneycontrol.


The property was registered on September 13 and an amount of ₹1.32 crore was paid as stamp duty, showed a document accessed by Zapkey.com.


The property is spread across 2.25 acres and has a built-up area of around 18,000 square feet.


The price of this bungalow works out to be around Rs 12,000 per sq ft, sources said.


The 5BHK ground-plus-first floor bungalow is located in an area called Satirje which is now also referred to as the billionaires’ street.


This particular bungalow is located in a village called Maapgaon and is about 10 minutes away from Kihim Beach, sources said, adding the Coastal Regulation Zone norms are not applicable in this area and therefore the built-up area is more.



In Mumbai, Padukone and her husband have a 4BHK flat located in Mumbai's Prabhadevi.


Padukone and her father registered a sale deal of a serviced apartment in Bengaluru on August 7, 2021, and the stamp duty paid by them was Rs 34.64 lakh, the documents showed.

The Most Awaited RRR Movie is going to Release in 2022

 The Moste Awaited movie  'RRR' in the combo of Ram Charan-Rajamouli-NTR directed by SS Raja mouli is pushed to Sankranthi 2022 release.


But sources say that Rajamouli is fixed for April 2022 release as he firmly feels that Corona curve will be flattened by then worldwide and the ticket prices issue also will be solved by then.


Right now there are calculations that the film's 7 language versions will be getting readied by the end of October.


But the sources say that there's a lot of graphics work that needs to be one, which will consume the time till the end of December.


In this situation, it becomes too tight for the makers to complete everything and meet the release date. 


So by all means, the film will have better breathing space if it is planned for April 2022. But will the pandemic completely subside by then without the rise of third wave, as per Rajamoui's wish?
